Aspen Equipment Rentals
Renting ski equipment will cost between $50 and $80 per day at full price, depending on the performance package you want. Reserving your equipment in advance will save you between $8 to $13. You can also save on equipment by renting for 4 or more days at a time.
Lift Tickets and Season Passes
Daily lift tickets and season passes are valid in all four Aspen ski resorts: Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Aspen Snowmass and Buttermilk. Lift tickets and season passes both offer external perks, which may or may not sweeten the deal for you and your companions.
Lift ticket costs vary with time of year. Full-price single-day lift tickets range from $159 to $179 for adults. Multi-day discounts on lift tickets lower the daily cost, which will help make your Aspen ski vacation more affordable. Multi-day lift tickets are more affordable when purchased at least 7 days before you plan to ski. Partial-day adult passes are available for $107 to $120.
A season pass may offer more value if you plan to ski more than 10 days in a season. Season passes come in three flavors. At $1899, the Premier Pass offers unlimited mountain access throughout the ski season. At $1049, the Flex Pass allows you to ski one day per week and a Double Flex Pass,
Lodging
While there are several luxury hotels to be found in Aspen, there are a few budget options to choose from.
The Fasching Haus offers convenience and location in the heart of town, only two blocks from Aspen Mountain and Gondola Plaza and within walking distance to historic Lift 1A. It's an even closer walk to all of downtown Aspen's shopping, restaurants and nightlife. With on-site check-in and concierge services, guests will appreciate the high level of customer service!
The Independence Square Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Aspen, on the Cooper Avenue walking mall and only one block to Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola. Situated in the Central Core area that stands a bit apart both geographically and unit wise, this hotel building has various styles and ratings with fantastic views of Aspen Mountain from the roof-top hot tub and guest rooms.
