Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse. Beaver Village is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and beautiful views of the Continental Divide can be seen throughout the community.
Our Beaver Village condos in Winter Park can accommodate the vacation rental needs of individuals, families, youth group ski trips, adult groups, ski clubs, and family reunions. Our condos range from one to four-bedroom options all with access to the clubhouse that features a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and lounge area, and laundry facilities.
The clubhouse also has a 1,500 square foot meeting space for groups of up to 100 people, perfect for self-catered reunions, weddings, and business groups. The catering kitchen, just off the meeting room, is a unique amenity to our property as it allows groups to bring in their own food and beverages. However, if a group doesn’t want to cook for themselves, we are well-connected with several Winter Park catering companies to take care of any meals requested!
