Nestled along the Fanny Hill ski run and terraced up the mountain slopes, these homes have been sited to offer dramatic views and privacy. Inspired by European chalets, our impeccably crafted collection of just ten homes has been designed to respond to the surrounding natural environment with a fresh, light contemporary aesthetic that is equally warm, cozy and comfortable. Great rooms feature impressive modern metal fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens are warm and welcoming with large islands and contemporary Gaggenau appliances; they are seamlessly connected to the dining and living spaces to encourage comfort and connection.
The Collective Snowmass, the heart & soul of Base Village, is a hub for community events featuring weekly programming including Live comedy, educational talks, movie nights, yoga and many more! In the winter there’s a FREE Ice-skating activity!
Selfie Den & Games Lounge
Open May 27 | 2 – 8 pm, Wednesday – Sunday | 2 – 4 pm is FREE, 4 – 8 pm is $10 pp, FREE for ages 5 and younger.
Artistically designed play space with foosball, pool and gaming lounge, plus 15 – 20 selfie stations featuring bright lights, glitter and textures. Children age 12 and younger must be supervised by an adult. *The Game Lounge/Selfie Den close periodically for private events. Check our website calendar for details.
