Guests enter Vista House and are welcomed into a bright and airy great room with panoramic views of the mountains through towering windows. The living room is equipped with in-floor radiant heat, exquisite leather furniture in front of a gas-burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. A small nook near the windows makes for a great spot for morning coffee or reading a book.
Adjoining the great room is a dining room with seating for 10. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which features granite counters, high-end appliances, a wine fridge, double ovens and a great open layout for anyone who likes to cook. There are three additional seats at the kitchen island. Access to the expansive patio is through a sliding door near the dining room.
The backyard is one of the many perks of this house. Take a dip in the private hot tub and watch the sun go down over the San Sophia Ridge or light a fire in the bonfire pit while the resident deer go by. A dining table for six, a gas grill and couch lounging area are also a part of this amazing backyard.
